		<description>Saturday - Did 1 mile power walk  and may be dying. I guess eating Mcdonald&#039;s doesn&#039;t agree with working out shortly thereafter. Even though I fit it into my calorie intake it still feels bad.

So this means I did 15 minutes walking and I will be playing wii this evening for a little while to make up for the rest of the time. Maybe boxing because my legs are killing me but my arms could go for more.</description>
