And now for the GOLD medals!! These go to those participants who completed 4-7 twenty minute workouts this week and left a comment on last week’s post to let me know.

I think we’ll try this again this week. Bookmark this post and come back to check in every day that you workout. Please leave one comment per workout please (it is just easier for me to keep track–thanks).
Here is your motivation to come back to this post again and again this week:

Leave me a comment and let me know your workout goal for the week.
Also, feel free to post your weekly check-in if you did one here:

Got something to say?

Wow, thank goodness for Mr. Beckham I don’t know if I could be happy today without looking at his delicious bod! Do you think he does house calls on his personal training? Thanks for the medal!! Next time I’ll be reaching for the gold.

Woot! I wasn’t even trying to hard. You’ve given me motivation to do it again this week!

[...] person who deserves thanks? Jen @ Daily Mish Mash who created a rewards system that I was suddenly psyched to win – I worked out 4 times this week [...]
Dude is hot. OMG.

I meant to work out last week- really I did!

Ok so I was so pumped about my gold medal, but you know I just made it – like by the skin of my teeth – so yesterday even though dh went out of town and I fully planned to slack off last night I kept thinking about Becks and my gold medal and I bundled up my son and dragged our butts out for our nightly walk which let me tell you is a LOT harder when I have to push the stroller up all those trecherous hills BY MY SELF. Hubby can come home any minute now and I’ll be just fine.
Anyway: Monday – Workout Walk – 20 minutes – I can FEEL the BURN

Yeah! A medal!! I’m so excited! And see how well I come through for that thing?! Amazing how that motivated me waayyy more than my own little rewards of earrings and such. Dang it.
I’m getting to my weekly update later today. This week is crazy busy with trying to get the house ready for Thanksgiving company. But I DID do 20 minutes of ellipitical and 15 minutes of the usual crunches, etc.

Tuesday–20 min cardio and strength training. Tomorrow I may try for 25 minutes!!

Tuesday- Walked a good mile (to the school and back) about 45 minutes..I had baggage, if you get my drift.

Question? Does playing Wii Sports count as a workout? If so I will easily be getting my 20 minutes tonight now that dh is back in town, I’m estimating at least an hour of game play.

Worked out on Tuesday for 20 minutes doing heavy duty laundry carrying, folding, and more carrying. Trust me it was probably more than 20 minutes since I carried five extra large loads of laundry from my house to my car, then from the car up stairs, then downstairs, then back upstairs, then folding, then loading back into the basket, then going outside, downstairs and loading it back into the car. THEN carrying it from the car to the house up the stairs (1/2 of it) and putting it all away. It was ALOT of work. I’ll be really working out today!

Goodness Jen if I still worked at Armani I could probably get my gruppy paws on life size versions of this Beckham porn… sigh.

Tuesday… no elliptical but did 20 minutes of crunches, stretches, hiney lifts and *ugh* lunges. Man, that was the 2nd day of lunges and I am SO sore. And happy. =0)

I just spent 30 minutes practicing all the Wii Sports games so I can kick dh’s butt tonight – so if this counts, consider it workout #3 of the week – if not, I guess I’m still at one

Just took a very brisk 20 minute walk with dh and MM – we’re cold but we got our work out for the day (two if Wii counts)

I just worked out with Leslie Sansone’s walking away the pounds again. I walked one mile in brisk power walking. It took about 20 minutes or so. I think it may have been slightly under that, so I will be doing some 5 minutes of yoga to cool down.

[...] WAIT!! I have an AWARD from Jen at Daily Mish Mash!!! Get this, and you may not believe it, but I worked out EVERY DAY LAST WEEK!!! I can’t even [...]
I’m so behind on my posts! I finally got my Looking Fine update posted. And no, I didn’t work out yesterday (Wednesday). First time and I’m so sad to ruin my “record” (pathetic record it may be, lol). Ah well. I’ll just have to double my exercise time today. =0)

So we weren’t able to take a walk tonight
but I did manage to play Wii for 20 minutes. It’s better than nothing and my baseball skills are improving!

I played Tennis for an hour on the Wii. Full throttle, feet moving, full swing. My arms are quite sore this morning. Does that count for something?

I didn’t let my lack of work out wednesday get me down…
Thursday’s workout:
20 minutes elliptical and 20 minutes of crunches, lunges and hiney lifts. Ouch

Played mucho Wii today – lost track of how much time, but way more than 20 minutes

I stink at leaving comments so I’m going to do a quick three right now! I worked out Friday… power walked a half mile and spent another long period of time working out too.
[Reply]
Spent Saturday “power” walking in the malls. Meaning I was speed walking to keep up with my sister who finds it nessecary to walk three steps to a normal persons one to make up for her shortness. We went shopping for 4 hours, so that’s alot of keep up! I count it good exercise.

Power walked this morning and once again perused stores. This is against my norm of sitting on the couch all day, so I count it excercise, about a half hour! We will be wii-ing it up later in a Wall Ball battle!
