		<description>I think September is a hard month for this stuff, it&#039;s back to school, and new routines and stuff, it&#039;s hard on everyone and can so stressful.  I think the mini goals are terrific, and I know you&#039;ll do great!!!

		<description>Great mini goals!  I&#039;m following your lead and doing weekly mini goals and rewards also.  I&#039;m a fellow procastinator so I&#039;d rather wait until the beginning of November and then starve myself for the couple weeks before Thanksgiving.  After all, that&#039;s when all our relatives come for a visit so I&#039;d want to wow them with my fitness.  Yeah, right.  It really is about being healthier and that&#039;s why it&#039;s so hard for us procrastinators.  We don&#039;t like this daily (or almost daily as the case may be) stuff.</description>

		<description>Ok.  I guess I&#039;m on the slow and steady track.  But it worked for the tortoise right?  I lost another .7 (seven-tenths) of a pound this week.  For some reason that is a magic number for me because it has been the same for 4 of the 5 weeks.  So I only walked on day last week, but I&#039;m going to try to do more this week...try.  My goal was to loose 15 lbs. by Christmas and I have 11.2 more to go (according to the Wii Fit).  I still have 12 weeks, so I think I can do it....I just need you to get your pom poms out for me!  I&#039;m ready to eat a whole bag of oreos dipped in milk!</description>
