Popcorn and Candy and Movies, Oh My!
It’s almost that time again. Are you ready for some Movie Madness fun? This month’s carnival will be held this Tuesday, July 1st. So, get working on your movie related posts. You may do a review of a movie you saw recently, but if you really haven’t seen anything lately worth writing about you may do a review of one of your all-time favorite movies. Or you may simply make a list of movies that you love in a certain genre. There are no rules, as long as your post is related to the theme of movies. If you are still unsure of how to play along, head on over to last month’s Movie Madness page.
Now on to the important news–the snacks! How can we have Movie Madness without the snacks. Here is this month’s giveaway:

I’m going to give you the opportunity to enter this contest four times. Each time you leave one of the following comments your name will be entered to win:

2. Take a look at The Obsession Box Company’s website and leave me another comment letting me know your favorite gift item. (Leave the comment on this post, but make it separate from any others so it will be counted again.)
3. Write a little blurb about the Movie Madness Carnival and giveaway on your blog and leave me another comment (on this post) letting me know that you did this.
4. Participate in Movie Madness on July 1st. All comments from participants in the MMC will be entered.

I went onto the website and looked through quite a few of the gift baskets… usually i’m not a huge fan of them, but there were some really cool ones! my favorite though (and i’m being totally honest here) was the movie one! It’s such an awesome idea!

My favorite gift on the Obsession website is this coffee/tea set. Completely impractical for me, but I love the idea of taking it someplace and sitting down to a cup of tea. When I visited Ireland, my friend’s mom did exactly that – we had real tea cups, a hot water bag filled with fresh milk, and little homemade sandwiches while sitting on The Giant’s Causeway. I’d love to do something like that again!

As far as the Obsession site, having received gift boxes and baskets from them on several occasions, I am IN LOVE with the Tea Obsession Box! I’ve gotten two of them and had to hide both of the teapots because my teenager won’t quit oggling them! I told her she can have them when I die! Not before. If I dare to take them out for even a second I’m positive she’ll filch them!

I’m weird like this, but I LOVE Raisinets (sp?). I just recently started eating them while eating popcorn (have to have the chocolately goodness and the salty popcorn together). I also like Rolo’s. Always, always, always with a Dr. Pepper. That’s my typical movie treats. This is the only time I’ll allow myself a soda!
