March Madness Championship Round!!
The contest is now over. Polls have been closed. The winner is Gerard Butler.
We started with 64 very sexy men and it has all come down to this:
Johnny Depp vs. Gerard Butler
It is the ultimate hot guy match up.
While sharing the whole bad boy vibe, these two are pretty different in their looks.
This may be a really easy choice for many of you. I know there are some die-hard fans coming out to rock the vote.
For others, you may need some help making your pick. I know I do-ugh!

Making a Comeback
Just wanted to share the latest scores with you all, since things have changed quite a bit. Take a look:
While Jackman and Butler are still running a tight race, the real surprise here is the Johnny Depp comeback. Just when Patrick Dempsey thought he had it all wrapped up and was heading to the championship round, the Depp fanatics came out in full force.

It looks like a pretty close race between Gerard Butler and Hugh Jackman, but Patrick Dempsey seems to be stomping all over Johnny Depp. This is pretty surprising to me. I would have put money on Depp winning the whole tournament.

Apparently, my sexy McAvoy video did not help his cause. I think it may have hurt him. Sorry James, I tried my best.
I’m really shocked by how close the Rudd came to beating the McDreamy. Good for him. Susan and I were talking about it and we both agree that he has been the Cinderella story of the tournament.
As for the Pattinson loss, please know that I mourn with you Twilight fans. He made a really good run and was tied many times with Depp throughout the voting period. I thought we might have to do another overtime, but the people have spoken and Depp moves on.
I’m still trying to mend my broken heart from Gosling being out of the competition. Now that James and Rob are gone too I don’t know how I’m supposed to go on, but go on I must.

A Few More Answers
Remember way back in January when I had you all ask me questions for my 300th post. You probably were under the assumption that I was actually going to answer the questions at some point, weren’t you?
Where would you get a crazy idea like that?
Oh, maybe because I said “you leave me a question in the comments and I’ll do my best to answer it in a future post.”
That’s right. I did mention that there would be answers. I just didn’t say when in the future it would be. A few days? Weeks? Decades?

What do you like best about Twilight?
That’s an easy question. The best thing about Twilight is that it made me remember what it felt like to be falling in love. Whether the love that Bella and Edward had was real love or just lust/infatuation isn’t the point. Whatever that feeling is, it is so wonderful and can’t be compared to anything else in the world. I think Stephenie Meyers captures it perfectly in the first book.

Well, that is an interesting dilemma. I’m assuming that I don’t have a family back home waiting for me to be rescued. Heck, even if I did have a family waiting for me to come home I think I would have a hard time volunteering to leave the island. 
So, who would I want to be rescued. Hmmmm…this is definitely a tough choice. I weighed all the options, and in the end I’m going to choose Edward to be rescued leaving Ryan and I having to fend for ourselves on the island. I figure Edward would be totally depressed about being separated from Bella so he’d probably just sit under a palm tree and sulk all day. Where is the fun in that (i.e. there would be no way that we’d be getting busy.) There is also the very good chance that he might end up getting so desperate for blood that he decides to kill me. Again, where is the fun in that?
Ryan seems like the better choice for a castaway partner.

Definitely fruit. I’m very picky about it. It seems like fruit has a small window of opportunity when it is ripe enough to eat but not too ripe that it tastes gross. Don’t even get me started on the horror that is the cantaloupe. I gag just thinking about having to eat that disgusting beast.

I would love to read my cat’s mind but since the question specifically says “person” I guess that doesn’t count. I’ll pick my husband. No, I take that back. I can see that ending in divorce. Honestly, I don’t think there is anyone’s mind that I’d like to read. Even the cat probably has thoughts that I really don’t want to know about. If I had to pick someone, I guess I’d say my son. He isn’t the best communicator so it would be nice to know what he is thinking sometimes .
