Friday Eye Candy: The Wish List
I’ve enjoyed looking back at my own past celebrity encounters, as well as reading your stories. Thanks to everyone who shared their links.
As most of you know, I’m a big believer in The Secret so I thought I’d create a little vision board of the celebs that I most want to meet.
What is a vision board you ask? Well, it is a visualization tool (kind of like a collage) where you post pictures to help you attract what you are most wanting to bring into your life.
I’ve never made one before so I can’t say whether or not it works, but I figure I’ve got nothing to lose so I’ll give it a try.
Jen’s Most Wanted Celebrity Encounter Vision Board
Ryan Gosling (well, duh…you knew he was going to be #1)

James McAvoy

Rachel McAdams (Preferably with the aforementioned Gosling)

Leonardo DiCaprio

Kate Winslet

Robert Pattinson

Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson (my current favorite celeb couple)

Paul Rudd

Now Paul Rudd is a recent addition. I’ve added him because he is filming a movie in DC (with Reese Witherspoon and Owen Wilson) and I am planning to do a little stalking this weekend. Hopefully, I will come back with a new photo to add to my collection.

- If you had the opportunity to have a dinner party and invite 3 famous people (living or dead) who would be your guests?
And because I really want to do something to pay tribute to Michael Jackson, I’d love to know–
- What is your favorite MJ song or memory?

Got something to say?

MJ – Favorite memory is the first time he did the moon walk. It was just amazing and the crowd went CRAZY!
Dinner party – 3 guests? Hmmmm
Drew Barrymore
Adam Sandler
Dane Cook

Has to be Thriller
I’d invite:
My grandmother
My Grandfather and
My Mother in law
)All passed)
They are Famous in My Heart

My dinner guests, hmm.
Ryan Reynolds (drool)
Amy Poehler (and child)
Justin Timberlake
That would be a crazy dinner party!
My favorite MJ song is definitely Dirty Diana.

Three dinner guests? Kate Winslet, her husband Sam Mendes (althought he might put a damper on the mood), and David Lynch.
Please call me immediately if you meet Mrs. Winslet!

The Obama family!!!
Growing up I listened to the Jackson 5 and the Osmond Brothers. My fave MJ song is Thriller!

3 people –
1) Johnny Depp
– (I think you will learn I want to be his baby mama!)
2) Audrey Hepburn
– (I love this woman!)
3) Gene Kelley
– (he can dance with me anyday!)
As far as MJ – not sure, I am “young” for liking him and honestly couldn’t name half his songs, but I do like Thriller.

Okay – Bradley Cooper, Reese Witherspoon, and James Marsden. (my DH thinks James Marsden is a geek but I think he is adorable). I would add Rob Pattinson, but I’d rather keep the fantasy alive that he really IS Edward Cullen.
Fav MJ memory – Watching the premiere of the Thriller video at my neighbor Mary Jane’s house b/c I wasn’t allowed to listen to rock music. I was about 5 and it scared the piss out of me. And my friend’s dad said it wasn’t real, just like Santa Claus. Which was news to me.

I’d choose Julia Roberts, Sandra Bullock and Richard Gere
I love Heal the World by MJ. I loved singing at the top of my lungs to his music and dancing around. RIP Michael

I loved Michael Jackson and Farah Fawcett….so for today, it would be the two of them. I’m saddened by both losses.

Paul Newman
John Lennon
Grace Kelly
I love watching old videos of MJ when he was a kid singing with his brothers.

I’d invite Audrey Hepburn, Ann Hathaway and Marie Antoinette – somehow I can see that being a fun dinner party or at least interesting. I’d ask them each to bring a dish just to see what kind of thing they’d bring and then we’d girl talk – we could read old Friday Eye Candy posts together and watch chick flicks.
I’m gonna say Man In The Mirror but I’m sure I’m forgetting a better MJ song.

Our friend was visiting DC from the west coast and saw Reece filming….so you may have luck!

Dick Van Dike- He is so funny
Sally Fields- I just enjoy her in movies
Johnny Depp- I’m Just In love with him

Oooh…I’d invite Rob Pattinson, Joey McIntyre, and Michael Phelps to dinner. And i would make it a shirtless dinner (for them, not me).
I was such a big MJ fan when I was a kid. I had all the pins and the cassette tapes and I made up dances to all the songs…

I’d invite Joan of Arc, Sir Thomas More, and Martin Luther King Jr., but it’s really hard to be limited to three.

First of all…. did Rita Wilson have some plastic surgery done??? She doesn’t look like herself….. and I really hate that!
Second, Dinner party…….. let me think……..
1. David Duchovny
2. Matt Damon
3. Rob Thomas
I think they would all be able to keep a conversation going while I sit and stare at them!
MJ- I really hate that he is overshadowing Farrah so much….. but I’ll play along, favorite song has GOT to be “Don’t Stop ’til You Get Enough” and memory was getting together with all my friends to watch the Premier of “Thriller” on MTV!

favorite MJ memory. I had a floor to ceiling poster on the back of my door in my room growing up. Then i’d pretend kiss him on the back of my door every now and then.

Paul Rudd totally cracks me up!
Only 3 people? K, fine.
Jennifer Aniston, Dane Cook, Matt Damon (of course!)
I got the “Thriller” albums for my 9th birhtday and I remember how excited I was when I unwrapped it and saw that picture of him in his white suit. I played the heck out of that record!!

I would invite Ellen Degeneres for comedy, Jamie Foxx for entertainment, and Wolfgang Puck to cook the dinner.
