We’re Off
So far so good. No one else got the stomach bug. We are just about packed and ready to go.
The house is cleaner than it has been in months. Does anyone else clean pre-vacation? Why do I feel the need to do that every time we go away?
As I was packing I snapped a pic of our passports because they always crack me up. For some reason, we both look like we weigh 400 pounds in the pictures:
Every time I look at them it reminds me of that Notorious B.I.G. (R.I.P.) song “Mo Money Mo Problems”. I’m not sure why, but it just does. So I thought I’d leave on that note:
Actually one more song because the previous song always makes me wonder whatever happened to Mase? Does anyone know? Here’s one more song for old time’s sake:
Anyway, I just wanted to say that I won’t be posting while I’m gone. I had plans to do a few things and have them auto-post but I just never got around to it. So I’ll just see you in a few days for Friday for Eye Candy.

I always always ALWAYS got nutso trying to clean the house BEFORE we leave on vacation. I think it has something to do with wanting to WANT to come home when the vacation is over. Otherwise, I’m tempted to just stay where I’m at.

We’re going on vacation too and my mom went nuts cleaning today. She does that every time. At first I used to make fun of her – but then I went to school and got my own apartment, and started doing it too. What can I say? I’m my mother’s daughter.
Passport photos are…eh. At least yours has the American flag in the background. It makes you look all patriotic. Mine has some weird pink/blue bubbles in the background. It makes me look like I’m 12, rather than 24.
